Wash the carrots in running water and peeled off.
Grate them in food processor or with hand
Fry mixed nuts in a tablespoon of ghee and keep aside
Bring milk to boil in thick bottom pan or kadai
Add grated carrots in boiling milk and mix them well.
Once carrots get soft and soak milk then add sugar and mix well
Once Carrots get caramelised add ilaichi powder.
Then add ghee and saute for 2-3 minutes
Serve hot in a bowl with Garnish of mixed nuts
