Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Fresh carrot-500gm


  • Condensed milk-3 cups


  • Ghee- 4 tablespoon


  • Sugar-1 cup


  • Cardamoms-4-5 pieces


  • Mixed nuts-10-15

Directions

  • Wash the carrots in running water and peeled off.
  • Grate them in food processor or with hand
  • Fry mixed nuts in a tablespoon of ghee and keep aside
  • Bring milk to boil in thick bottom pan or kadai
  • Add grated carrots in boiling milk and mix them well.
  • Once carrots get soft and soak milk then add sugar and mix well
  • Once Carrots get caramelised add ilaichi powder.
  • Then add ghee and saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve hot in a bowl with Garnish of mixed nuts
